✦ GENERAL ✦✧ By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accepted all of my terms of service.✧ Failure to read these terms does not exempt you from following them.✧ If you have something in mind but don't know how to categorize it in my price list, you can ask me without any obligation and we can reach an agreement or help you with the idea.✦ PAYMENTS ✦✧ Prices are for one character.✧ Before the start, the 70% of the final price must be paid in advance. This can’t be refund unless I haven’t started the sketches in a month.✧ The remaining payment will be made once the client is satisfied and approves the final result. The illustration will only be sent once payment has been completed.✧ Payments strictly only PayPal (international/ local) or Bizum (Local)✧ You are responsible for any payment processing or currency conversion fees.✧ Depending on the complexity of the design, there may be additional charges.✦ REVISIONS ✦✧ The changes and corrections must be during the sketch/lineart phase (digital) or just sketch (traditional)✧ In the sketch phase, I will send you different corrections until you are completely satisfied.✧ You have 3 free important corrections. Extra complex corrections made later in the process will cost an extra.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✦✧ Any deadline must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. Depending on the deadline, maybe I won’t accept rush order. (You can ask me)✧ Delivery times can vary between 1 week and 1 month, depending on the specific case. Any potential delays will be notified. The times are estimates.✧ Let me know if you'd like additional progress updates.✧ Digital orders will be sent digitally via email. For traditional orders, the original will be sent by mail, so the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.✦ USE & PROPERTY ✦✧ These prices are only for personal use. For commercial use, please contact me.✧ You can’t use anything I make for NFTs or AI in any way. You are not allowed to use my work in AI variant.✧ If you post the piece in your social media, you must give the proper credit and not claim my work as yours.✧ If you wish to keep your commission confidential (for example, for a surprise or private project), please inform me at the start of the commission process.✧ I will use the illustrations as part of my portfolio and (maybe) post them on my social media. If you aren’t comfortable with any of this, please let me know.✧ All commissions under personal use are still under my ownership.✦ REFUNDS ✦✧ I only allow cancellations and refund if I haven't started your commission within a month and I didn't notice you about the delay.✧ If you don’t like the final product, you can’t ask for a refund. You will be part of all the process and see all the phases; the dissatisfaction must be noticed before.✦ ABOUT CHARACTER DESIGN ✦✧ The prices are for the illustration, no the design. Designing the character or complex outfit has an extra.✧ Just a description of the character doesn't count as a reference. This will be considering a design.✧ References need to be clearly with images, collages (with photos, clothes, outfits, canon characters...) traditional art or other illustrations of your character.✧ I don’t accept AI generated images as reference.

✦ TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO ✦

✦ GENERAL ✦✧ Una vez hecha la solicitud, se está aceptando haber leído y aprobado mis términos de servicio.✧ No leer los términos no exime tener que cumplirlos.✧ Si tienes algo en mente pero no sabes cómo catalogarlo en mi lista de precios, puedes preguntarme sin ningún compromiso, así podemos llegar a un acuerdo o tal vez ayudarte con tu idea.✦ PAGOS ✦✧ Los precios son por personaje.✧ Antes de empezar, se hace un adelanto/ reserva del 70% del precio final. Esta señal no se devuelve, a menos que no haya empezado el encargo en un mes y no haya avisado del retraso con antelación.✧ El resto del pago se hace una vez el cliente esté satisfecho con el resultado final y lo apruebe. El archivo definitivo de la ilustración sólo se enviará una vez el pago esté completo.✧ Los pagos son únicamente por Paypal (international/ local) o Bizum (Local)✧ El cliente es responsable cualquier tarifa en los procesamientos del pago y cambios de moneda.✧ Dependiendo de la complejidad del diseño, pueden haber cargos adicionales.✦ REVISIONES ✦✧ Los cargos y las correcciones deben ser durante la fase del boceto y delineado (digital) o sólo en la del boceto (tradicional).✧ En la fase del boceto, se mandaran tantos y tantas correcciones sean necesarias hasta que estés completamente satisfecho.✧ Por lo tanto, una vez terminado ese proceso, habrán 3 correcciones importantes gratuitas. Los cambios posteriores completos tendrán un coste extra.✦ FECHAS LÍMITE Y ENVÍOS ✦✧ Las fechas límite deben avisarse con 2 semanas de antelación. Dependiendo la fechas y el resto de trabajo, es posible que algunos pedidos urgentes tenga que rechazarlos. (Puedes consultar sin compromiso)✧ El tiempo estimado en la praparación de la ilustración puede variar (ya establecido) entre 1 semana y 1 mes, dependiendo el caso. Cualquier posible retraso será avisado con antelación ya que los tiempos son estimados.✧ Puedes hacerme saber siempre que quieras actualizaciones adicionales del progreso.✧ Los encargos digitales serán enviados por email digitalmente. En los encargos tradicionales se enviará el original por correo, y el cliente se hará cargo de estos gastos de envío.✦ USO Y PROPIEDAD ✦✧ Estos precios son sólo para uso personal. Para uso comercial, por favor contactame.✧ No puedes usar ninguno de mis trabajos para NFTs o IA (inteligencia artificial) de cualquier tipo. No tienes permitido usar mi trabajo en ninguna variante de IA.✧ Si publicas la obra en tus redes sociales, debes dar el crédito correspondiente y no reclamar mi obra como tuya.✧ Si quisieras mantener el encargo privado (para sorpresas o, por ejemplo, para algún proyecto aún por anunciar), infórmame al comienzo del proceso, junto a la solicitud.✧ Usaré las ilustraciones encargadas para mi portfolio y, posiblemente, las publique en mis redes sociales una vez terminadas. Si no estás de acuerdo o cómodo/a con este punto, avísame.✧ Todas los encargos de uso personal siguen siendo de mi propiedad. (Esto en cuanto a su copyright)✦ REEMBOLSOS ✦✧ Sólo acepto cancelaciones y reembolsos si no he comenzado el trabajo en el plazo de un mes y en ningún momento avisé del retraso.✧ Si no te gusta el producto final, no puedes solicitar un reembolso. Serás parte de todo el proceso y verás todas las fases de la ilustración; la insatisfacción debe ser comunicada con antes.✦ DISEÑOS DE PERSONAJES ✦✧ Los precios son por la ilustración, no por el diseño. El diseño de personaje y conjuntos complejos tiene un coste extra.✧ Sólo una descripción del personaje no cuenta como referencia. Será considerado un diseño.✧ Las referencias tienen que ser claras con imágenes, collages (ya sean de fotos, ropa, conjuntos, personajes...), arte tradicional o otras ilustraciones de tu personaje. Páginas tipo Toyhouse o Gdrive con más ilustraciones o encargos pedidos anteriormente serán bienvenidos.✧ No acepto imágenes generadas por IA como referencia.

✦ CÓMO ENCARGAR UNA ILUSTRACIÓN ✦✧ Por ahora, puedes encargar en mis MDs de instagram, email o completando el formulario de encargos. Próximamente también será posible a través de otras plataformas que estoy preparando; siéntete libre de encargar donde sea más conveniente y cómodo para ti.
